Inspired by Shauna Niequist and my favorite Nashville restaurant Pucketts
3-4 cups blueberries
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup Casava flour
1/4 cup grass fed butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
Sprinkling of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Clean blueberries and put in pie dish. Sprinkle with coconut sugar.
Combine all the topping ingredients. I use my hand to mix it. Crumble on top.
Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes.
